If your wrist measures between 6" - 6.75" the best size for you would be a size 7. If you measure 6.75"-7.5" the best size for you would be a size 8. Please note that if you plan on wearing 3+ bracelets on one wrist, it would not be a bad idea to get a couple of your bracelets a half size up so that you can still have movement on your wrist.

Children under age 10 are typically a size 6 while most women (about 95% of our current customer base) are a size 7. Men are typically a size 8 however if your gent has a large bone structure and or a thicker build, I would recommend a size 8.5.
