Do you have a tape measure handy? Go ahead and measure your wrist by wrapping the tape around it. The key to sizing is going up in size from whatever the measurement is. If your wrist measures between 6" - 6.75" the best size for you would be a size 7. If you measure 6.75"-7.5" the best size for you would be a size 8. Please note that if you plan on wearing 3+ bracelets on one wrist, it would not be a bad idea to get a couple of your bracelets a half size up so that you can still have movement on your wrist. Children under age 10 are typically a size 6 while most women (about 95% of our current customer base) are a size 7. Men are typically a size 8 however if your gent has a large bone structure and or a thicker build, I would recommend a size 8.5.
